REGISTERED NURSE · MEDICAL CONTENT REVIEW
Health content that is clear AND clinically correct.
I’m a registered nurse who reviews health websites, ebooks, courses and patient handouts for accuracy and plain language, so your readers can trust and understand what they read.

What I do
Medical accuracy review
I read your blog posts, product pages, ebooks or course material and flag anything that is wrong, outdated or risky, with a short note on every change that matters.
Starting at $90
Plain-language patient handouts
I rewrite patient instructions at a reading level people can actually use, and leave every clinical number as a blank for your clinical team to fill in.
Starting at $75 per handout
Health and nursing writing
Articles written from real bedside experience in ICU, trauma, surgery and the ER.
Proofreading and copy editing
A nurse’s eye for terminology, abbreviations and units, so small errors do not turn into big ones.
How it works
- Email me your text or a link and tell me who it is written for.
- I send a quote and a delivery date, usually within one business day.
- You get flagged issues, suggested fixes and a short note on each change that matters.
About Brittany
I’m Brittany Hastings Miller, RN. I have 20+ years in healthcare: eight as a surgical technologist, then more than ten as a registered nurse across ICU, trauma, surgery and the ER. I hold associate degrees in nursing and surgical technology from Hinds Community College. I started Hastings Health Consulting because I kept seeing health information that sounded right and was not, and patient instructions that nobody could follow at 2 a.m.

I review content for accuracy. I do not give medical advice, diagnose, or review any individual patient’s care. Please do not send patient information.
